Guarding the Tree of Inifuss in the
Dark Woods of Act I is this Wendigo boss, Treehead Woodfist. He and his two
Brute minions are extremely fast, both in attack and in footspeed, and usually
they'll track you down from miles away to close in for the kill. When a Brute
minion wanders over to you, it means that Treehead isn't far behind; the good
thing about this is you'll know that the Tree of Inifuss is close by if you see
this boss. Treehead himself is lighter in colour than his minions, with a
slightly pinkish cast.
He's quite a tough boss, and it takes
lots of attacks to bring him down to size. In higher difficulty levels, his
hitpoints and damage ramp up quite dramatically, and he's sure to nail you if
you don't watch out. His lightning quick, "2 frame bitchslap" attack is very
damaging, and his speed makes trying to outrun him almost impossible. He and his
minion pack may cause many headaches for those trying to approach to Tree of
Inifuss.
