The skill tree is broken down by the level your character
must be at before you can attain the skill(Clvl). The Clvl that you must attain
increases by one level with each point that you put into the skill. For example:
If you save up two skill points to put into a Clvl 6 skill; as soon as you put
the first point in you must be at Clvl 7 to put the second skill point into the
skill. Also, at least one point must be invested in each prerequisite skill(This
is denoted by the arrow system in the skill trees. In order to get a higher Clvl
skill you must have at least one point in each of the skills along its branch of
the skill tree).
Here is your chance to bring a firery wrath to your
enemies. Do not fret Diablo 1 players when you see the same(similar spells) as
Diablo 1 contained. These were some of the most useful spells(Firebolt,
Fireball, Inferno, and Firewall). Hydra will be another useful spell later in
the game(Clvl 30). This will pop a hydras head out of the ground and fire shots
of fire at the enemy(Remember back to Diablo 1, Gaurdian used to look like a
hydra). This newer version should prove just as useful! Make sure to take note
of Enchant, as it will bless your or another's sword with a flame for extra
damage. Having your Fire Mastery will increase all of the damage your spells
inflict in this tree.
