The skill tree is broken down by the level your character
must be at before you can attain the skill(Clvl). The Clvl that you must attain
increases by one level with each point that you put into the skill. For example:
If you save up two skill points to put into a Clvl 6 skill; as soon as you put
the first point in you must be at Clvl 7 to put the second skill point into the
skill. Also, at least one point must be invested in each prerequisite skill(This
is denoted by the arrow system in the skill trees. In order to get a higher Clvl
skill you must have at least one point in each of the skills along its branch of
the skill tree).
Bored with your Paldin's plain attack? Get erady for some
new moves to take you to a new level of fighting. Adding some points here will
certainly keep you fighting for longer. Skills such as Smite and Sacrifice will
help to raise attack power, accuracy and stun your guys after knocking them
back(giving you some room to move around in). For those Diablo 1 players out
there, make a note that not only does holy bolt deal out damage to undead, but
it will heal your fellow players if fired at them. Another very useful skill in
close quarters comabt, is Zeal. This will allow you to attack enemies faster
that have encircled you. Holy Shield may also prove useful to protect yourself
from the oncoming enemy. Vengeance and Fist of Heavens will certainly be the
titans in this tree. The former cause extra damage in fire, cold, and lightning;
and the latter causing a devestating lightning attack.
