Description
Halbu is a
mortal follower of the Light, and he spends his days in the Pandemonium
Fortress, the threshold of Heaven and Hell. He, along with Jamella has been
entrusted with the task of equipping and aiding those who would pass through the
Fortress and venture into Hell's maw. Much like the enigmatic angels he serves,
he rarely talks; when he does, it is slowly and with a strange accent. Sometimes
he will idle about, going down on one knee to offer a prayer to the Light.
Functions
Halbu is the blacksmith of Act IV, and as such he
offers a variety of very high quality weapons and armours, though you must pay
hefty sums of money for them. It is unclear why Tyrael allowed the man to peddle
his wares in such a place. He sells all types of weapons and armour, and also
arrows and bolts; the exceptions are scepters, wands, and staves. Halbu is also
able to repair any damaged or broken items.
Quests
Halbu is not
involved with any quests. He needs to talk before he can do that. |
